About the Role
Paint Line Associates are responsible for all aspects of painting metal, including set up, operation, inspection, and material handling activities. This role requires working in a safe, productive, and cooperative manner according to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Complete all tasks assigned by CCL department leadership
- →Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each task
- →Take corrective action to eliminate safety hazards and correct deviations from quality standards
- →Complete required documentation including production records, quality checks, and labels
- →Operate equipment to produce products in specified amounts
- →Perform quality checks on materials at required intervals
- →Manage waste materials including segregation of recyclable and hazardous materials
- →Operate waste water neutralization system and maintain discharges within permit ranges
- →Record production information for EPA reports
- →Transport hazardous wastes to designated accumulation areas
- →Prepare waste material for offsite shipment
- →Inspect hazardous waste accumulation areas
