About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join DailyPay, a leading on-demand pay solution that helps employers build stronger relationships with their employees. As a BDR, you will work with your manager and the Account Executive team to build DailyPay’s sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- →Become a DailyPay specialist through detailed training to be the best brand ambassador
- →Help deliver a customer-focused sales experience
- →Prospect new enterprise clients by researching markets and calling/emailing businesses
- →Qualify opportunities, handle objections, and generate leads
- →Help administer new lead-generation projects
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- ✓Proven ability to initiate and develop strong relationships
- ✓Highly motivated, competitive, resourceful, and driven to achieve goals
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- ✓Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous, but not required as training will be provided
