About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Principal/Principal to join our US Market Access practice, bringing deep expertise in US market access strategy and the commercialization of life sciences products. This senior role involves serving as a subject matter expert, driving business development, leading client engagements, and managing project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as subject matter expert on life sciences market access and commercialization priorities
- →Conceptualize solutions around critical market access challenges including launch planning and pricing strategy
- →Drive solutions and thought leadership around pipeline commercialization strategy
- →Support client product life cycle management and competitive landscape assessment
- →Interact regularly with clients as recognized expert and participate in public forums
- →Lead a significant line of business and/or account
- →Identify new areas for business growth and develop opportunities
- →Conduct quality review of documents produced by project team members
- →Leverage content to identify and develop new business for existing and new clients
- →Manage client relationships and act as primary point of contact
- →Ensure excellent project leadership, management, and execution across project teams
- →Lead and manage individuals, teams, and junior staff
- →Set individual and team goals and hold staff accountable
- →Contribute to practice management and firm-wide strategic initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Advanced degree in public policy, public health, business, economics or related fields preferred
- ✓8+ years of work experience with prior consulting experience preferred
- ✓5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience
- ✓Superior knowledge of customer and stakeholder needs, concerns, and viewpoints
- ✓Expertise in US market access strategy and life sciences commercialization
- ✓Experience with pricing and contracting, government pricing programs, and regulatory filing
- ✓Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- ✓Excellent project management and team leadership capabilities
