About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join AvePoint, a global leader in data security, governance, and resilience. This role involves identifying and qualifying sales leads, pitching software solutions to medium-sized enterprises, and managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop new prospects and expand existing accounts
- →Manage sales cycles with a consultative sales approach
- →Plan and deliver presentations to prospective and existing customers
- →Work with pre-sales engineers and cross-functional teams to close business
- →Communicate new product developments to clients
- →Collaborate with strategic partners to grow your pipeline
- →Attend remote and on-site meetings with clients
- →Implement and execute effective sales campaigns
- →Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required
- ✓Minimum 2-5 years of previous sales experience
- ✓Experience in the software/technology industry
- ✓Experience with executive selling, both business and technical
- ✓Excellent communication and listening skills
- ✓Determination to surpass performance goals
- ✓Willingness to learn
- ✓Ability to work individually and within a team environment
- ✓Fluent in German and English
