About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the Supply Chain and Sales teams, ensuring visibility of revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis to explain sales variations, presenting monthly bridges (Actual vs. Budget vs. Prior Year)
→Support calculation and validation of commercial rebates and discounts
→Collaborate with Supply Chain to develop sales forecasts (Rolling Forecast) and validate information in HFM
→Analyze gross margin by distribution channel and customer key to suggest improvements in sales mix
→Automate daily/weekly sales reports using Excel and Power BI, connecting data sources for real-time visibility
→Prepare executive presentations and monthly financial reports for local and corporate management
→Perform sales reconciliation
→Monitor operational expenses (OPEX) and CAPEX, ensuring proper accounting allocation
→Optimize financial models in Excel and develop automated control dashboards

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar, or Industrial Engineering
✓2-3 years of experience in accounting
✓Experience in sales administration, expense control, and cost database maintenance
✓English proficiency is essential for this position
✓Experience with Price-Volume-Mix analysis
✓Knowledge of financial reporting systems
✓Skills in Excel and Power BI
✓Ability to analyze and present financial data effectively
