Overview
We’re seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Insights Analyst to join our Customer Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage data to uncover customer insights, drive business decisions, and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, retention, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Business Insights & Analysis
•
Conduct deep dives into customer behavior, business performance, and market trends to uncover insights and recommend actions.
•
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
•
Maintain a backlog of initiatives designed to enhance Customer Experience, categorizing and prioritizing projects as needed.
Data-Driven Storytelling
•
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for senior stakeholders.
•
Deliver high-impact analyses that support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and executive decision-making.
•
Build models to project business outcomes, evaluate scenarios, and support strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•
Partner with teams across the organization to understand business needs, define KPIs, design experiments, and support strategic initiatives with data.
•
Mentor and support junior analysts in developing analytical and reporting skills.
Data Infrastructure & Quality
•
Assess data availability and limitations based on enterprise data elements.
•
Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for analysis.
What We’re Looking For
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics).
•
1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in analytics, customer insights, or CX-focused environments.
•
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
•
Experience with analytics programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SAS) is a plus.
•
Strong business acumen with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through data storytelling.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
•
Ability to turn ambiguous questions into structured analyses with actionable insights.
•
Experience with A/B testing, statistical modeling, and customer segmentation techniques.
•
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities independently.
•
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to mentor others.
