What you'll do
Weβre looking for a Sales Operations Associate to lead the operational backbone of our Customer Success functions. Your mission is global: you will design, implement, and maintain the data systems that support Claraβs growth across all our operating markets.
In this role, you aren't just an administrator; you are a strategic architect of our HubSpot environment. As part of an AI-native team, you will be expected to use automation to eliminate friction in the customer journey, ensuring our global teams have the real-time insights they need to drive retention and expansion at scale.

Global CRM Administration: Own the global HubSpot infrastructure for the CS team. You will drive account assignments, territory mapping, and data hygiene across all regions, ensuring a unified "one Clara" operational standard.

Architect Strategic Analytics: Design and maintain global dashboards in HubSpot and Metabase. You will transform raw multi-country data into actionable narratives that help leadership understand business impact and team performance.

Global Campaign Execution: Lead the technical setup for customer-facing campaigns worldwide. You will define segments, collaborate with Growth Marketing on global messaging, and track performance using Amplemarket and HubSpot.

Operational Enablement: Serve as the global point of contact for CS operational inquiries. You will lead the training and onboarding for new hires across regions, ensuring high adoption of our tools and automated workflows.

Continuous Innovation: Proactively identify manual bottlenecks in our global processes and automate them using N8N or AI-driven logic. We expect you to constantly reinvent how we work to increase team velocity.
Who you are
Weβre looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves

Global Operations Mindset: 1-2 years of experience in Sales Ops, Data Analytics, or a similar role with exposure to complex, multi-market environments.

CRM Mastery: Direct, hands-on experience with HubSpot (preferred) or a major CRM, with high proficiency in workflow automation and report generation.

Quantitative Logic: Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and logical functions) for high-stakes data manipulation.

AI-Native Workflow: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools as a daily "copilot" to automate repetitive operational tasks and data analysis.

Ownership & Urgency: A proactive mindset with a proven ability to manage organized workflows and take full responsibility for global project outcomes.

Technical Stack: Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with BI tools like Metabase, Power BI, or Looker.

Claraβs Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
