About the Role
We are looking for an Account Consultant to join our team, providing support to clients on the Awin network. This role involves educating advertisers on affiliate marketing fundamentals and guiding them through using the Awin platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- βEducate advertisers on the fundamentals of affiliate marketing and guide them through using the Awin platform effectively
- βAdvise advertisers on industry best practices
- βRecommend tailored approaches to optimize advertiser program performance
- βMediate between publishers and advertisers when disputes arise
- βPresent insightful performance overviews and growth opportunities to advertisers
- βSupport on internal projects aligned with company and department goals
- βService Development: Responsible for key optimization tasks as defined in the Essentials SLA, support customers with non-basic support questions to ensure optimal running of each programme, identifying high potential advertisers for upselling and upgrades
Requirements
- βCore understanding of affiliate marketing
- βStrong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- βExceptional presentation skills and confidence when speaking to clients
- βExcellent computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- βImpeccable attention to detail for internal and external facing work
- βProactive approach to improving efficiencies and quality of work
- βAbility to prioritize workload and meet multiple deadlines
- βExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease and efficiency
- βWillingness to help peers and pick up additional tasks to share workload
- βApproachable and supportive of junior team members
- βSalesforce knowledge would be desirable
