About the Role
We are looking for a District Sales Manager at Neo Financial to lead and develop Store Managers across multiple mall locations. This role focuses on maximizing profitability, optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive District Profitability: Take ownership of the financial performance of your district and each individual mall
- →Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Implement performance management practices and conduct regular cost assessments
- →Recruit, Onboard, and Develop Store Managers: Lead the full lifecycle of Store Managers within your district
- →Lead Sales Training Initiatives: Spearhead training efforts including large-scale sales representative onboarding
- →Ensure Operational Excellence: Champion adherence to Neo’s operational frameworks across all locations
- →Data-Driven Performance Management: Analyze performance trends and implement strategies for improvement
- →Independent District Management: Proactively manage your schedule to travel between mall locations
- →Support Store Manager Success: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Store Managers
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience (door-to-door, mobile sales, credit card or financial product sales preferred)
- ✓7+ years of proven management and leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more individuals
- ✓A high level of training and coaching proficiency with over 7+ years of experience
- ✓Strong network of high-performing sales representatives
- ✓Proven ability to drive profitability and manage performance across multiple locations
- ✓Strong understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- ✓Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Fundamental understanding of data analysis and interpreting data dashboards
- ✓Self-motivated and highly organized with ability to manage schedule and travel independently
- ✓Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
