About the Role
We are looking for a Global Account Manager to join our team at Awin. This role involves managing affiliate campaigns for global clients, ensuring optimal performance and strategic alignment across all territories.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and optimize assigned accounts to meet customer needs
- →Implement and advise on affiliate marketing concepts
- →Manage affiliate relationships for successful program management
- →Proactively solve issues with clients, escalating when necessary
- →Train clients on affiliate program operations
- →Produce account management documentation and reporting
- →Provide support to senior team members for larger brand clients
- →Attend client and networking events to enhance relationships
- →Lead global affiliate strategy across all territories
- →Act as an extension of the client’s team, bringing innovative ideas
- →Build close partnerships with key global affiliates
- →Coordinate with Awin Account Managers to execute globally aligned strategy
Requirements
- ✓2+ years’ account management experience in digital marketing
- ✓Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- ✓Understanding of the affiliate marketing industry
- ✓Experience with issue handling and escalation
- ✓Track record of client and team relationship building
- ✓Experience presenting commercial content
- ✓Ability to self-motivate and work in a fast-paced environment
