About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, goal-driven individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative at SpotOn. This role will be at the forefront of driving growth and building meaningful client relationships for our restaurant technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- →Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and report on outreach and performance regularly.
- →Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting high-potential accounts and breaking into new markets.
- →Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to effectively tailor outreach and conversations.
Requirements
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
- ✓Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and passion for exceeding goals.
- ✓Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
