Join our dynamic sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and be at the forefront of driving growth and building meaningful client relationships. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Proactively conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to identify and qualify new business opportunities. - Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and report on your outreach and performance regularly. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting high-potential accounts and breaking into new markets. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to effectively tailor your outreach and conversations. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English; able to clearly convey value and build trust. - Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people. - Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding goals. - Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
