About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team at Axon. This role focuses on building and implementing an effective sales pipeline strategy to drive the adoption of select products and services to our Enterprise markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Outbound lead creation for commercial markets
- →Closing small and medium sized business
- →Generating interest in the Axon Enterprise solution in target accounts
- →Identifying target prospects based on market, firmographic and product signals
- →Defining and improving on prospect messaging
- →Work closely with Marketing, Sales Ops and other cross functional teams
- →Establish relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts
- →Help build the foundation and processes for the Axon Enterprise Team
- →On site travel to F500 companies across the country
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree preferred
- ✓2-4 years of B2B experience as a SDR/BDR or Sales role
- ✓Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and self-sufficient team player
- ✓Customer-focused, creative, effective communicator in both written and verbal forms
- ✓Ability to learn a SaaS product and effectively communicate Axon Enterprise’s value
- ✓Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
