About the Role
We are looking for a customer-obsessed program manager to join Axon’s federal market team. This role focuses on ensuring federal public safety programs run effectively and delivering exceptional results for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive mission success for customers by de-risking program scope, schedule, and cost
- →Work with Sales, Customer Success, Deployment, and R&D teams to deliver software, sensors, and professional services capabilities
- →Drive continuous improvement initiatives by immersing yourself in customer problems
- →Make program decisions that positively impact key company metrics such as revenue recognition and margin management
- →Set high expectations for yourself and the team, extending these to subcontractors
Requirements
- ✓5+ years managing federal programs
- ✓Ability to navigate complex program challenges in unstructured environments
- ✓Expertise in federal contracting, including RFx requirements and terms
- ✓Strong documentation and process management skills
- ✓Clear and direct communication with executives and customers
- ✓Strong customer-facing experience
- ✓Willingness to travel 50%+ to support federal programs and stakeholders
