About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team at Axon. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline growth in the public safety and SaaS industries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest in our solutions
- →Identify and qualify potential customers based on defined criteria
- →Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- →Accurately log and track all activities in CRM tools
- →Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and optimize lead conversion
- →Stay updated on industry trends and best sales practices
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach
- ✓Ability to handle objections and rejection
- ✓Comfortable using CRM tools and sales automation tools
- ✓Strong organizational and time management skills
- ✓Results-driven approach with a passion for exceeding goals
