About the Role
The Customer Success Manager at Axon will work with larger customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships. This role involves understanding client workflows and organizational structures to help them achieve their operational goals through Axon’s products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage with customers through regular calls, business reviews, and daily needs
- →Monitor and manage adoption metrics to ensure customers utilize the full Axon platform
- →Create success plans for customers and document progress toward established goals
- →Manage escalations closely, acting as the quarterback for critical issues
- →Communicate major milestones and updates to Senior Leadership
- →Work with marketing and training teams to conduct regular training webinars
- →Develop a deep understanding of Axon’s product line and ensure proper implementation
- →Learn and share industry best practices to solve customer needs
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- ✓3-5+ years working in a customer-facing role with 2+ years with Enterprise-level customers
- ✓Strong project management skills with a system for tracking multiple customer requests
- ✓Proven track record of leading process improvements in large organizations
- ✓Previous experience tracking product adoption and customer engagement through data-analysis tools
- ✓Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
- ✓Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- ✓Ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations
