About the Role
We are looking for a Java Tech Lead to join our team. This role involves leading technical projects while being deeply involved in development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define technical directions and best practices for projects
- →Mentor and support developers in their skill development
- →Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and technical consistency
- →Participate in implementing tools and frameworks to optimize development
- →Contribute to application architecture definition (microservices, cloud, API REST)
- →Assist in technology selection, modeling, and technical design
- →Write and maintain architecture and design documentation
- →Work closely with architects and product teams
- →Develop complex components in Java/Spring Boot
- →Ensure application performance, security, and robustness
- →Participate in integration, testing, and deployment phases
- →Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps process automation
- →Participate in Agile ceremonies and promote best practices
- →Introduce new technologies, tools, or industrialization methods
- →Drive innovation within the technical team
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- ✓Experience with microservices architecture
- ✓Knowledge of cloud technologies
- ✓Understanding of API REST principles
- ✓Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- ✓Experience with Agile methodologies
- ✓Proficiency in TDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles
