About the Role
We are looking for an In-Market Product Manager for Brazil to lead Axon’s product strategy across the country, focusing on Digital Evidence Management (DEMs) and Devices portfolios. This role requires translating Brazilian public safety ecosystem realities into actionable direction for global product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead Axon’s Expansion in Brazil: Define and execute the strategy for introducing and scaling Axon’s full ecosystem across Brazil.
- →Partner with Customers and Sales: Work directly with agencies and Axon’s local sales team to uncover operational needs and translate them into clear product priorities.
- →Shape Product Strategy: Represent Brazil’s realities in global product planning, ensuring roadmaps reflect local constraints.
- →Bridge Sales and Product: Align what’s promised externally with what can be delivered internally.
- →Drive Tender Success: Engage early in tenders and RFPs to shape requirements and guide proposal strategy.
- →Champion Axon’s Ecosystem: Act as the in-country advocate for Axon’s technology.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years in product management or a related technical role.
- ✓Proven ability to operate autonomously in complex, cross-functional environments.
- ✓Experience spanning both software and hardware products.
- ✓Strategic Problem-Solving: Structuring ambiguity and driving alignment across diverse teams.
- ✓Technically Broad: Understanding and explaining how Axon’s connected ecosystem delivers superior outcomes.
- ✓Detailed and Organized: Bringing rigor to execution and ensuring follow-through.
- ✓Communication and Writing Clarity: Communicating with precision and turning complex concepts into clear narratives.
- ✓Adaptable and Resilient: Thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- ✓Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese required.
