About the Role
You will lead the most visible part of SoSafe's simulation ecosystem, creating scenarios that prepare millions of users for the new reality of cyber-attacks. This role focuses on evolving our simulation engine to match the sophistication of real-world attacks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the vision and strategy for SoSafe’s Simulation experience, driving the roadmap toward advanced attack realism
- →Build and scale multi-channel simulations across email, messaging platforms, and mobile to reflect modern attack vectors
- →Deliver high-impact features from our 2026 roadmap, including the Simulation Template Editor and OSINT-powered personalization
- →Drive discovery to understand how users react to AI-based social engineering
- →Collaborate with Learning and Threat Intel teams to ensure simulations are active learning loops
- →Define and track KPIs that demonstrate security impact
- →Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product analytics
- →Represent Simulations within the leadership team
Requirements
- ✓7+ years in Product Management with a track record in B2B SaaS, edtech, or AI-powered products
- ✓Strong product intuition and ability to evolve core products toward deeper product-market fit
- ✓Experience scaling products within complex ecosystems
- ✓Ability to paint a long-term vision while delivering complex features
- ✓Data-informed approach with strong product intuition
- ✓Excellent cross-functional leadership skills
- ✓Iterative mindset with a champion for rapid experimentation
- ✓Ability to act as a force multiplier for the team
