About the Role
Front is seeking a Product Manager for the Chat/Portal team to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of end-user facing products. You will leverage AI/automation and high-quality user experiences to help customers better serve their own customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the product vision and strategy for Chat, Portal, and Help Center based on customer insights and business objectives.
- →Prioritize product roadmap, define requirements, and lead development from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
- →Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions.
- →Collaborate with stakeholders including executives, engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth tech environment.
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior and executive stakeholders.
- ✓Execution-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams.
- ✓Customer empathy and ability to develop products that address key pain points.
- ✓Impact-driven with strong design and systems thinking skills.
