About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to join our team at Axon. This role will play a critical part in our mission to protect life by owning core systems and workflows that directly impact sales execution and customer experience. You'll help build the foundation that enables our go-to-market team to operate efficiently and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

→Own and operate our deal desk processes, ensuring all deals are processed accurately and efficiently
→Manage sales compensation workflows, including commission tracking and auditing via tools like QuotaPath
→Serve as the go-to partner for sales reps, supporting them through deal structuring, pricing, and approvals
→Partner with RevOps teammates to maintain and improve our CRM (currently HubSpot, transitioning to Salesforce)
→Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate deal data and commission payouts
→Identify and implement process improvements across systems, tools, and workflows

Requirements

✓2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
✓Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce), CPQ tools, and commission software (QuotaPath or similar)
✓Strong attention to detail and operational rigor
✓A bias toward ownership and follow-through
✓Clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration
✓A curious mindset and a drive to improve processes
✓Experience in deal desk, commissions, or sales finance is highly preferred
