About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team at Axon. This role focuses on selling Axon products and services to large and complex Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies
- →Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth
- →Develop and execute account strategy with the account team
- →Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery
- →Focus on customer satisfaction and develop proper contact networks
- →Support execution of strategy at the account level
- →Work with experts and specialists as required
- →Oversee all account activities
- →Responsible for forecasting and competitor intelligence
- →Track customer activity in internal systems
- →Provide customer product training as necessary
- →Manage individual expense budget
- →Drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of customer-facing sales and quota-carrying experience
- ✓3+ years of experience with public sector procurement in the Middle East
- ✓Experience selling SaaS-based solutions
- ✓Native Arabic and Fluent English required
- ✓Able to travel up to 70%
- ✓Extensive track record in Software Sales (SaaS / Cloud)
- ✓Relationship and consultative selling experience
- ✓Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
- ✓Virtualization and Cloud understanding
- ✓Team player with collaboration experience
- ✓Ready to own and drive the territory
- ✓Startup experience and vertical experience a plus
- ✓Law Enforcement / Public Safety experience a plus
