The Talent Acquisition Partner – Behavioral Health (Sourcing Focus) is a strategic, sourcing‑forward recruiting professional responsible for building and maintaining strong pipelines of Behavioral Health talent, with a primary emphasis on Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) recruitment. This role proactively sources, engages, and nurtures candidates long‑term, supporting both immediate and future hiring needs through early‑career strategy, relationship building, and sustained candidate engagement.
In addition to BCBA sourcing, this position serves as a dedicated sourcer for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Habilitation Technicians (HAB Techs) across both Behavioral Health and Habilitation practices. The role partners closely with Office Operators and local leaders to coordinate grassroots recruitment efforts, strengthen community presence, and build local talent connections.
This role also acts as a SWAT Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting interview facilitation and candidate movement across practices when Talent Acquisition Partners are managing high interview volumes or backlogs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development
• Proactively source, identify, and engage BCBA, RBT, and HAB Tech candidates using advanced sourcing techniques across social platforms, professional networks, databases, referrals, and non‑traditional channels.
• Build and maintain long‑term BCBA talent pipelines, including passive candidates, early‑career professionals, and future‑ready prospects through consistent outreach and relationship nurturing.
• Develop and execute early‑talent strategies for BCBA roles, including university program research, market mapping, and long‑range workforce pipelines.
• Craft compelling outreach messaging that clearly communicates the organization’s mission, values, and career opportunities.
• Utilize labor market data, sourcing metrics, and pipeline analytics to continuously optimize sourcing strategies by role, geography, and practice.
Grassroots, Community & Office Partnership
• Partner directly with Office Operators and local practice leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute grassroots recruitment initiatives for BCBA, RBT, and HAB Tech roles.
• Support and strengthen community‑based recruiting efforts, including local events, partnerships, schools, workforce programs, and community organizations.
• Build and maintain strong local talent networks to increase awareness, referrals, and engagement within each office’s community.
• Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to Office Operators, aligning sourcing efforts with local market dynamics and operational hiring needs.
• Share best practices, local recruiting insights, and candidate feedback to support continuous improvement in grassroots recruitment efforts.
Recruiting Partnership & SWAT TAP Support
• Act as a SWAT Talent Acquisition Partner, stepping in to support screening, interviewing, and candidate progression during periods of high hiring demand or TAP interview backlog.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing priorities.
• Support candidate assessment, interview coordination, and movement through the selection process while ensuring a seamless handoff when primary ownership transitions.
• Contribute market insights and pipeline data to inform hiring strategy, prioritization, and staffing plans across practices.
Candidate Experience
• Deliver a high‑touch, engaging, and responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through interview support and ongoing pipeline communication.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate documentation within the applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.
Operational Excellence
• Track and report on sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, grassroots outcomes, and recruiting trends.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and internal recruitment processes.
• Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Operations, and practice leadership to continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.
• Perform related duties as assigned to support enterprise hiring priorities.
