About the Role
We are looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join BAYADA Home Health Care in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA. As a DSP, you will work one-on-one in home and community settings, providing companionship, mentorship, and advocacy for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- βProvide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
- βAccompany clients on errands and appointments
- βSpend time on the clientβs favorite hobbies and activities
- βAssist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- βParticipate in community integration activities
Requirements
- βOne or more years of experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (autism, down syndrome)
- βHigh school diploma or equivalent (18+)
