About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager to join our team at Ben. This role focuses on providing technical support to customers and ensuring they get maximum value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a book of accounts technically, handling L2 technical escalations
- →Run benefit renewal for your book of customers
- →Lead enablement and onboarding sessions for new customers
- →Investigate and resolve technical issues
- →Reduce repeat queries through proactive education
- →Contribute to improving internal playbooks and knowledge bases
- →Support cross-employer initiatives to improve platform delivery
