About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Solutions Architect to join Benchling, the R&D Cloud provider for biotech companies. This role involves working with customers and internal teams to design and deliver solutions that drive scientific progress.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead technical consulting engagements with IT professionals in biotechnology
- →Design, prototype, and oversee delivery of cloud-based integrations and automations
- →Engage cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- →Collaborate with project managers for complex enterprise customer rollouts
- →Build and deliver demos or POCs to ensure stakeholder alignment
- →Contribute to technical documentation and developer platform roadmap
Requirements
- ✓B.S. in life sciences or engineering/computer science
- ✓5+ years of client-facing software implementation or consulting experience
- ✓Experience with REST APIs and Python for integration demos
- ✓Demonstrated technical leadership and conceptual modeling skills
- ✓Familiarity with modern cloud software development processes
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to travel 10-20% to customer sites
