About the Role

Vanta is looking for a Program Manager, Upmarket Education to design, build, and scale a best-in-class education experience for their upmarket customers. This role sits at the intersection of customer education, customer success, and premium support, with a mandate to create structured learning journeys that help sophisticated customers adopt Vanta deeply and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and maintain a clear, end-to-end education journey for upmarket and enterprise customers
→Define what “great” education looks like for this segment and translate that into repeatable programs and assets
→Create scalable, high-impact educational content tailored to mid-market and enterprise needs
→Plan and deliver custom training sessions for Vanta’s premium support and strategic customers
→Facilitate live training with confidence and clarity for technical and executive audiences
→Work closely with Upmarket Customer Success teams to identify gaps in educational resources
→Partner with Premium Support to ensure education reduces friction and accelerates resolution
→Act as a trusted internal advisor on how education can better support complex customers

Requirements

✓5–6+ years of experience in upmarket Customer Education, Customer Success, Enablement, or Training
✓Experience working in a SaaS environment, ideally with technical or compliance-driven products
✓Strong program management skills, able to structure ambiguity into clear plans and deliverables
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Executive presence and comfort leading high-stakes conversations with senior customer stakeholders
✓Ability to balance customer empathy with business and scalability considerations
✓Comfortable presenting, facilitating live sessions, and fielding unscripted questions
