Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a Hybrid Inference Roadmap: Develop and execute a strategy for core prediction models serving both direct productization and Tech-enabled-Service for internal teams.
- →Navigate Internal Complexity: Act as a diplomat and strategist within the organization, aligning Engineering, Science, Go-to-Market, and Product leadership.
- →Drive External Partnerships: Serve as the primary product interface for key partners, translating scientific requirements into model capabilities.
- →Bridge the Gap (Science <> ML): Translate preclinical business objectives into technical and data requirements for diverse drug discovery pipeline use cases.
- →Measure Impact: Define and report on metrics that capture the value of the platform, demonstrating business ROI and scientific utility.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years, preferably 7+ years, as a Product Manager with increasing responsibility on AI/ML or Data Science products.
- ✓Biopharma/Preclinical Fluency: Understanding of the drug discovery lifecycle and the language of scientists.
- ✓Experience with Probabilistic Products: Successfully managed products where the core value is a prediction or inference.
- ✓Experience in Technology-as-a-Service: Proven track record managing inference technology consumed via API or service layer.
- ✓Exceptional Stakeholder Management: History of driving consensus among research scientists and engineers without direct authority.
- ✓Technical Fluency: Familiarity with LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, or predictive modeling to debate trade-offs with engineering leads.
- ✓Strategic Resilience: Comfort with ambiguity and data-informed decision making.
