Key Responsibilities
- →Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- →Work with Engineering, CSMs, and Operations to estimate effort and cost for delivering requirements
- →Make technical decisions and define product roadmap based on business needs
- →Monitor work streams and keep stakeholders informed of progress
- →Maintain vendor relationships and collaborate with procurement on contracts
Requirements
- ✓5 years’ experience in a relevant role (Product Manager, Application Owner, Platform Architect, Senior Engineer, Project Manager) in a global, enterprise-scale environment
- ✓Direct experience with Remote Connectivity technologies, ideally Zscaler
- ✓Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLA performance
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences
- ✓Strong relationship management capabilities
- ✓Solid understanding of Agile concepts and best practices
