About the Role

The Graphic Designer at Berkadia serves as a strategic partner with advanced design expertise, responsible for creating marketing materials and sales collateral to support Investment Sales Producers. This role focuses on developing effective solutions for real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop real estate marketing materials, including offering memorandums, business proposals, financial documents, brochures, flyers, postcards, and social media content
→Create and maintain organized design templates to streamline collateral production
→Design graphics for various content types, including text, numerical data, maps, and infographics
→Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and implement revisions
→Adhere to Berkadia’s brand standards while delivering innovative and creative designs
→Ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy through thorough review of all materials
→Collaborate with team members and departments in a remote or hybrid work environment

Requirements

✓Expertise in design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint
✓Proven experience in editorial design, formatting for medium to long publications, and creating files for both print and digital distribution
✓Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions
✓Effective collaborator with excellent communication and customer service skills
✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent
✓5+ years of experience in a similar position
