About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team at Fleetworthy. This role involves setting up new customers for success by delivering services that enhance road safety and streamline back-office operations. You will guide clients through a seamless onboarding process, helping them unlock the full potential of their fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with clients to understand stakeholder expectations and fleet operations.
- →Gather and organize data required for Fleetworthy services.
- →Set up new customer accounts.
- →Partner with the sales team to align purchased services with client needs.
- →Coordinate with third-party partners, vendors, and agencies to establish client and Fleetworthy access.
- →Ensure services and billing are initiated promptly.
- →Document and participate in client meetings and conference calls.
- →Respond promptly to customer and internal communications.
- →Support the creation and maintenance of documented procedures for implementation processes.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business or Business Management, or equivalent work experience.
- ✓Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or project management.
- ✓Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel) and CRM systems.
- ✓Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- ✓Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- ✓Excellent organization and time management skills.
