About the Role
We are seeking a Total Rewards & Workforce Planning Partner with a strategic, analytical, and business-oriented perspective. This position directly impacts salary competitiveness, incentive design, and labor cost optimization for Peru and Ecuador.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and manage the Total Rewards strategy (STI, commissions, and incentives), aligning external competitiveness and internal equity.
- →Build pay-for-performance schemes focused on accelerating results and margins in strategic business lines.
- →Lead workforce planning and productivity analysis, projecting scenarios, risks, and opportunities.
- →Define and recommend job grading in alignment with global bands and the Regional COE.
- →Monitor and optimize labor spending through financial modeling and data analysis.
- →Act as a strategic partner to Finance and HR Business Partners, actively participating in audits, accounting processes, and bonus cycles.
- →Integrate insights from the labor market and the Talent Acquisition team to strengthen external competitiveness.
- →Govern the bonus and commission cycle (calculation, validation, compliance, and audit).

- →Cross-functional influence with Finance, HRBPs, and Regional COE for Compensation.
