About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide chat and voice support to our international clients in the US, Canada, and UK. This role requires handling multiple chats simultaneously and providing timely resolutions to technical queries.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- β1 β 3 years of experience in Technical Support / BPO industry
- βExcellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
- βBasic to advanced knowledge of computers (software)
- βWorking knowledge of internet and networking
- βTyping speed - minimum 35 wpm with 100% accuracy
- βAttention to detail and accuracy in chats
- βAbility to follow instructions
- βWillingness to work in a 24 x 7 work environment
- βSelf-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
- βInnovative and self-starter
- βAbility to work with minimum supervision
- βDetail and analytical orientation
- βProblem-solving and conflict resolution skills
