About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team at BIS Safety Software. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

→Pull data from multiple sources and validate it for accuracy and consistency
→Build and deliver clear, decision-ready weekly and monthly reports
→Clean, combine, and maintain data with consistent methodology
→Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with data owners to resolve them
→Respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership
→Support the shift from manual reporting to automated dashboards

Requirements

✓Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on analytics or reporting experience
✓Fluent in Excel and experienced with BI/reporting tools like Power BI or Amazon QuickSight
✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
✓Strong attention to detail and a data detective mindset
✓Ability to work well cross-functionally and persistently follow up to close data gaps
