About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join BJAK, Southeast Asia’s leading digital financial platform. This high-trust, high-responsibility role will work closely with the founder to turn vision into execution and drive measurable results across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner directly with the founder/CEO to define, track, and drive progress on company-wide strategic priorities
- →Prepare high-quality briefings, analysis, and recommendations to support C-level decision-making
- →Lead and facilitate core leadership forums, ensuring cross-departmental alignment
- →Draft and refine polished communication materials for internal teams, the Board, and investors
- →Lead and execute high-priority, complex projects supporting strategic initiatives
- →Identify operational gaps and coordinate solutions to enable company-wide scale
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a previous Chief of Staff role
- ✓Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with minimal direction
- ✓Strong critical thinking, strategic planning, and executive-level communication skills
- ✓Experience working directly with C-level executives/founders
- ✓Maturity, discretion, and sound judgment in sensitive situations
- ✓Must be based in Malaysia and able to work from HQ in Petaling Jaya
