About the Role
Join Inter's Digital Account Opening team as an Operational Excellence Analyst. You will revolutionize customer experience through continuous process optimization, focusing on innovation and exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Map and redesign account opening process flows, identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- →Analyze large data volumes to extract strategic insights and support business decisions
- →Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve quality
- →Develop dashboards and management reports for KPI and performance metric monitoring
- →Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, Product, Compliance) to implement improvements
- →Identify and propose automations to accelerate the account opening process
- →Create executive presentations with improvement proposals and impact analysis
- →Monitor process efficiency indicators and propose corrective actions when needed
- →Conduct root cause analyses for recurring operational problems
Requirements
- ✓Experience in process analysis or continuous improvement
- ✓Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields
- ✓Intermediate Excel knowledge (pivot tables, macros, functions)
- ✓Experience with data analysis and management reporting
- ✓Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen)
- ✓Intermediate SQL for data extraction and manipulation
