About the Role
The Employee Engagement & Learning Specialist will build a positive, high-performance workplace by driving engagement initiatives, strengthening company culture, and supporting capability development across the organization. This role manages company-wide engagement programs, learning calendars, onboarding culture sessions, and campaigns that reinforce BJAK’s values and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and manage the company-wide engagement calendar including festive events, team activities, townhalls, CSR, and celebrations
- →Plan and execute end-to-end engagement events ensuring strong participation and positive employee experience
- →Maintain the training calendar, track attendance, completion rates, and measure training ROI
- →Plan, organize, and execute learning programs across technical, soft skills, and leadership topics
- →Run onboarding culture sessions to introduce new hires to BJAK’s values, ways of working, and expectations
- →Track engagement metrics, L&D participation, event feedback, and cultural health indicators
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in employee engagement, L&D, culture, or HR programs
- ✓Strong event planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Creativity and passion for building positive employee experiences
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple programs and timelines in a fast-paced environment
