About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Brand Designer to join BJAK, Southeast Asia’s largest digital insurance platform expanding into London. This role focuses on shaping and elevating BJAK’s global brand identity across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create engaging, high-quality brand materials that reflect BJAK’s visual identity
- →Shape and evolve BJAK’s brand system for consistency across marketing and product surfaces
- →Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and performance teams for cohesive brand experiences
- →Design for diverse audiences and adapt the brand voice accordingly
- →Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines for strong craft and consistency
- →Deliver fast, thoughtful design work supporting both long-term growth and immediate business goals
- →Report to the Creative Manager, contributing creative and strategic input
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or similar roles
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, consistency, and high-quality execution
- ✓Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools
- ✓Ability to work quickly, manage iterations, and deliver under tight timelines
- ✓Strong sense of brand identity, storytelling, and visual systems
- ✓Experience with cross-functional collaboration and translating strategy into visuals
- ✓Ability to balance detail-oriented design with broader brand direction
