About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition team at BJAK, the largest insurance platform in Southeast Asia. This role supports high-volume, multi-market hiring and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing complex calendars efficiently
- →Maintain ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages, data, and interview feedback
- →Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely submission of interview feedback
- →Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-hire documentation for successful candidates
- →Regularly review job descriptions, monitor applicant volume and funnel performance
- →Manage job posting and reposting activity across job boards and hiring channels
Requirements
- ✓1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations
- ✓Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- ✓Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- ✓Clear written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- ✓Comfort working with global teams across different time zones
