About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join BJAK, Southeast Asiaβs largest digital insurance platform, as it expands into London. This hands-on role requires someone who masters modern design, motion, and AI tools while guiding and elevating the creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- βCreate high-impact design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, ads, and short-form motion content.
- βTranslate creative briefs into bold, on-brand, conversion-driven visuals.
- βCollaborate with content, video, and performance marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- βAdapt and optimize visuals based on performance insights and feedback.
- βMaintain design quality and consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- βSupport product marketing with clear, compelling visual communication.
- βMentor junior designers and contribute to team growth.
Requirements
- β5β8 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles.
- βA strong portfolio demonstrating clean execution, storytelling, and design leadership.
- βProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion tools.
- βExperience or interest in working with AI tools for concepting and production.
- βStrong understanding of layout, composition, and visual consistency.
- βAbility to work fast, iterate quickly, and meet tight deadlines.
- βExperience mentoring designers is a plus.
