About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join PermitFlow, an applied AI company serving the nation's builders. This role involves building and executing core HR processes and elevating employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage daily people operations, serving as the primary point of contact for organizational people needs
- →Handle all operational aspects of onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and leaves of absence
- →Support annual benefits benchmarking and manage the open enrollment process
- →Work with leadership during the annual performance review cycle
- →Support employees on visa with transfers, renewals, and engagement with immigration counsel
- →Serve as a trusted day-to-day resource for employees and managers
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of progressive People experience in growth stage tech
- ✓Solid understanding of compliance regulations in California and New York
- ✓Proficiency with modern HR tools like Rippling, Lattice, and Ashby
- ✓Ability to work both tactically and strategically to meet business needs
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Love of IRL Work: Work onsite from 9-6, MWF
