About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team at Bland.com. This role focuses on driving pipeline and growing net-new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and passing meetings to our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓1+ year of SaaS BDR experience preferred
- ✓Startup experience in Enterprise SaaS is a plus
- ✓Experience in business development and customer relationship management
- ✓Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- ✓Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
