About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join Bland, a Series B startup building human AI phone agents. You'll own product features from concept to deployment, creating interfaces that make voice AI accessible to enterprise teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own features end-to-end: Take product ideas from concept through UX design, frontend implementation, backend architecture, and production deployment
- →Build intuitive AI interfaces: Create dashboards, configuration tools, and analytics views for non-technical users
- →Design seamless workflows: Build experiences for agent creation, testing, deployment, and optimization
- →Integrate across systems: Connect frontend with voice AI backend, telephony infrastructure, and customer data systems
- →Focus on customer impact: Work with Deployment Engineers and customers to translate pain points into solutions
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years building modern web applications with both frontend and backend components
- ✓Product mindset: Understanding user needs and suggesting better solutions
- ✓UX sensibility: Eye for good design and intuitive interfaces
- ✓Startup experience: Comfort in fast-moving environments
- ✓Knowledge of React, TypeScript, Node.js, or similar technologies
