About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Automation Specialist to join our team at Bland. This role focuses on building scalable compliance systems that integrate with our product and business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate and execute third-party assessments like SOC 2 and ISO audits
- →Prepare and maintain certification packages including System Security Plans
- →Design recurring compliance activities such as access reviews and incident response exercises
- →Create automated compliance workflows for evidence collection and reporting
- →Implement AI-enabled compliance workflows to reduce manual effort
- →Develop machine-readable compliance documentation
- →Work with Engineering, Security, and GTM teams to embed compliance data
- →Support development of customer-facing security documentation
- →Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and drive remediation
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, audit, risk, or compliance
- ✓Hands-on experience supporting audits and compliance programs
- ✓Experience using automation or AI tools for compliance workflows
- ✓Familiarity with privacy frameworks like GDPR, CCPA, and NIST standards
- ✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Builder’s mindset with a focus on improving processes
- ✓Clear written and verbal communication skills
