About the Role
We are seeking a Quantitative Research Analyst to support client research projects. This role involves data analysis, survey development, and report creation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support implementation and analysis of quantitative research projects
- →Develop questionnaires, polls, and research instruments
- →Analyze data from quantitative and multi-source research
- →Program and deploy surveys in Qualtrics
- →Create target lists for research deployment
- →Generate cross-tabs and verbatim files
- →Append data and customer information
- →Assist in writing and editing reports and presentations
- →Curate the Market Intelligence repository
- →Track research projects across the enterprise
- →Support VoC and VoE program expansion
- →Maintain and manage client Customer Panels
Requirements
- ✓Experience with quantitative research methods
- ✓Proficiency in Qualtrics and data analysis tools
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to develop research instruments and questionnaires
- ✓Experience with data curation and repository management
- ✓Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce
