About the Role
We are looking for a GSO Implementation Specialist to join our team at Block, Inc. (formerly Square). This role involves managing the final stages of the sales funnel, working with merchants to drive closed deals through to activation and accelerate the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive world-class onboarding and implementation experiences for Square's Sellers, ensuring accountability to go-live timelines
- →Cultivate relationships with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams
- →Anticipate and resolve obstacles by managing stakeholder communications and developing scalable strategies
- →Master Square's platform, products, integrations, and ecosystem
- →Lead high-impact, multi-merchant projects with effective resource allocation
- →Create engaging training materials for teams and external partners
- →Complete accurate data entry and migration tasks for Sellers
Requirements
- ✓Fluent English language skills
- ✓1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role
- ✓Bias for action with the confidence to operate independently
- ✓Ability to drive and manage multiple cross-functional initiatives
- ✓Strong time management and excellent written & verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience with delivering complex projects in the technology industry
- ✓Experience in POS or payments industries beneficial
- ✓Experience in hardware installation or networking configuration beneficial
