About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for Kitchen Display Systems at Block, Inc. (formerly Square). This role focuses on shaping how restaurants receive, manage, and fulfill orders across their kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for Kitchen Display Systems end-to-end
- →Lead the KDS ecosystem including connectivity, display hardware, and kitchen operations workflows
- →Work closely with restaurant owners, operators, and kitchen staff to understand their processes and pain points
- →Lead the development of scalable, enterprise-grade features for complex kitchen workflows
- →Collaborate with teams across Block to ensure solutions are well-designed and supported
- →Drive alignment across stakeholder teams and influence product direction
- →Use data and customer insights to make informed product decisions
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience with complex enterprise software products
- ✓Experience developing and executing product strategies that transform business operations
- ✓Technical leadership experience with complex technical initiatives
- ✓Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate requirements into solutions
- ✓Strong analytical skills and experience using metrics to drive product decisions
- ✓Track record of shipping impactful products with measurable business outcomes
- ✓Experience working with restaurant technology or point of sale systems
- ✓Understanding of kitchen operations and back-of-house workflows
- ✓Experience with hardware/software integration and display systems
- ✓Experience with enterprise software development and scaling products
