About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Service & Enterprise Solutions organization at Blockstream, a market leader in Bitcoin security and Layer-2 technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of client projects across our enterprise and institutional engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- βSupport Project Managers with project administration, documentation, and coordination activities
- βMaintain project management tools, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accurate status visibility
- βPrepare and distribute project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
- βSchedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
- βTrack project actions, decisions, risks, and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
- βMaintain project documentation repositories, ensuring files are organized, current, and accessible
- βAssist with onboarding new project team members and stakeholders to project processes and tools
- βCollect and consolidate project data for reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholders
- βSupport budget tracking and resource allocation activities
- βEnsure compliance with project management standards, templates, and governance frameworks
- βContribute to the improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tooling
Requirements
- β2β4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration
- βExperience supporting technical or enterprise projects, preferably in financial services, fintech, or technology environments
- βStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
- βProficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar platforms
- βExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- βAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- βUnderstanding of project management principles and best practices
- βSelf-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery
- βLanguages: Swiss German, German, English required; French and/or Italian a plus
- βLocation: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich and Lugano.
