About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Sierra, a company creating a platform to help businesses build better customer experiences with AI. This role involves leading development of the Intelligence Layer for Enterprise AI Agents, focusing on decisioning systems that enable AI agents to take optimal actions based on business context and user intent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build the Intelligence Layer for Enterprise AI Agents, leading development of the decisioning system
- →Solve complex challenges by balancing competing stakeholder needs
- →Pioneer Agent Decisioning Architecture, defining how AI agents should decide actions to take
- →Collaborate with engineering, ML teams, and data teams
- →Advise customers as a trusted strategic advisor
- →Take end-to-end ownership of products from concept to execution
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in product, engineering, or related field

- ✓Passion for understanding user needs and finding solutions
