About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries in the EMEA region and support our mission of building world-class teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Operate as a strategic talent partner, owning hiring outcomes across EMEA
→Lead full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, covering highly technical and business-critical roles
→Build, nurture, and activate strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
→Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to clarify role scope and define hiring criteria
→Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists that balance speed, rigor, and mission alignment
→Drive a best-in-class candidate experience from outreach through onboarding
→Guide hiring managers on structured interviewing and evaluation practices
→Own recruiting performance metrics and use data to refine approach
→Contribute to employer branding initiatives
→Identify and implement process improvements across the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements

✓7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, international technology environments
✓Experience hiring in regulated industries (software development, financial services, crypto, fintech)
✓Experience supporting high-growth or scale-up environments
✓Demonstrated success hiring complex technical profiles across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
✓Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
✓Strong sourcing depth with proactive pipeline building
✓Experience managing cross-border hiring complexities within EMEA
✓Data-driven approach to recruiting with understanding of metrics
✓Comfort operating autonomously in a distributed, remote-first organization
✓Fluency in English; additional proficiency in German, French, Italian, Spanish, or another EMEA language preferred
✓Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
