About the Role
Weβre looking for a Senior Product Designer to help evolve our AI-first products and scale our Design System at Bloomreach. Youβll be working across products on new features as well as designing and maintaining the component library, patterns, and documentation, reporting directly to the Design System leader.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign, document, and maintain reusable components, patterns, and design tokens that serve multiple product teams.
- βCollaborate with engineers and fellow designers to evolve our design system.
- βPartner with product teams to design new features or to improve current features.
- βConduct design audits to identify inconsistencies, accessibility issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- βMaintain accurate, well-organized documentation and usage guidelines for designers and developers.
- βAdvocate for adoption of the design system and best practices across cross-functional teams.
- βRun end-to-end design projects independentlyβcontributing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- βMentor other designers on design system usage, accessibility, and scalable design practices.
Requirements
- β5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 2 years working with or contributing to a design system.
- βStrong expertise in design tools and experience managing shared design component libraries.
- βSolid understanding of front-end implementation (CSS, React/Angular components, design token pipelines).
- βDeep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive layout design.
- βAble to communicate effectively with designers, engineers, and product managers in a mutli-product environment.
- βA systems thinker who can balance consistency with flexibility as products and teams evolve.
- βBachelorβs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
